Harness processing production of the top ten technical indicators Detailed

Harness processing is a relatively high technical content of the industry, its production in the following ten technical indicators and requirements.

1,外观要求

Harness after processing the surface should be smooth, uniform skin, no pores, cracks, indentation, bump, broken, spotted, dirty and so on.
Harness and terminal crimp firmly, no loose. If the welding with the terminal, should be welded firmly, no core.
2, technical requirements
Insulation should be tightly packed on the conductor and should be easily peeled off without damaging the insulator, conductor or tinned layer. Insulation surface should be flat, uniform color.
The average thickness of the insulation shall not be less than the specified nominal value, and the thickness of the thinnest point shall not be less than 90% to 0.1 mm of the nominal value. Thickness measurement results should be revised according to GB1.1 Appendix C (supplement) to a decimal.
Insulated wire core should be able to withstand the GB3048.9-83 AC 50Hz spark test, as an intermediate inspection.
3, insulated core color separation
Insulated wire core should be easy to identify and easy to wipe the color for color separation, should be consistent with the provisions of wire and cable marking method. Where necessary, other identification methods are permitted, but should be specified in the product standard. The preferred color and color order are as follows:
A) single-core cable: no preferred color;
B) Two-core cable: no preferred color;
C) three-core cable: green / yellow color, light blue, brown; or light blue, black, brown;
D) four-core cable: green / yellow color, light blue, black, brown; or light blue, black, brown, black or brown;
Green or black, black or brown;
F) green / yellow color for the grounding wire color, cable insulated wire in the green / yellow color line, the other insulated wire core is not allowed to use green or yellow.
4, jacket
The sheath should be tightly wrapped around the stranded insulated wire or inner sheath and should be easily peeled off without damaging the insulator or inner sheath. Sheath surface should be flat, uniform color. The thickness of the sheath thickness shall not be less than the specified nominal value and the thickness of the thinnest point shall be not less than 85% (0.1 mm) of the nominal value.
Thickness measurement results should be revised according to GB1.1 Appendix C (supplement) to a decimal.
5, mechanical strength
Crimp part should be able to withstand the mechanical stress that may occur during normal use. Whether qualified, may have the following tensile strength test.
Apply Table 2, Table 3 specified tension 1min, force, should not use the explosive force. This tension can also be applied by the tensile testing machine, the test machine head movement speed should be 25 mm (1.0 in) / min to 50 mm (2.0in) / min between, should not fall off, no fracture phenomenon.
The wires shall be subjected to a combustion test. The flame on the surface of the test specimen shall be extinguished on its own, and the distance between the affected part of the charred and the lower edge of the fixture on the test device shall be less than 50 mm.
The wires shall be capable of withstanding the AC 50Hz non-submerged voltage test specified in Table 2 below. The insulated core of the two-core and above round sheath wires shall be subjected to the AC 50Hz immersion voltage test specified in Table 4.
6, insulation resistance
The insulation resistance of the wire shall be tested in accordance with Table 5 on the insulated core subjected to the voltage test specified in Expression 4.
7, the electrical resistance of the wire
The voltage is applied in turn between each other conductor of each conductor pair, and then the voltage is applied between all the conductors and the sheaths connected together:
A) weak wiring harness: 1500V AC voltage for 1min;
B) strong wire harness: 2000V AC voltage, for 1min;
C) Sheath: 3750V AC voltage for 1min;
Apply the above voltage, there will be no breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
8, the quality of the appearance of the flat fast-connect terminal on the wire harness
A. The terminal surface should have a good appearance, no scratches, burrs, obvious deformation and poor plating and so on.
B. The riveting shall not be damaged, loosened or peeled off.
9, flat fast connection end according to insert the nominal width of the group
The end of this standard includes the following groups:
- 2.8mm (0.110in) series;
- 4.8mm (0.187in) series;
- 6.3mm (0.250in) series.
Note: As long as the size does not affect the provisions, but also meet the test requirements, the shape of the terminal parts can be different from the standard icon shape, for example: can have ripple insert, folding insert.
10, the preferred cross-sectional area of the conductor should be 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0, and 6.0, or the corresponding AWG wire gauge.
