4. Inject 100~200g engine oil into each cylinder from the exhaust manifold and rotate the crankshaft several times so that the engine oil is evenly distributed in the cylinder and the piston is at compression top dead center
5, remove the valve cover, use the dehydration oil lubrication valve structure
6. Wrap the exhaust port, air filter, fuel tank vent, and the smoke exhaust port of the low-temperature starting device with oil paper.
7. Scrub the metal surface of all parts, tools, and accessories of diesel engine, generator, coupling, underframe and generator, and apply the detergent to the metal surface where necessary.
8. Shake the crankshaft 1 or 2 times a month. After each cranking, the piston should be at compression top dead center.
