China Railway Construction cracks the fastest subway in China

Recently, the China Railway 14th Bureau of China Railway Construction successfully applied the high-speed rail CRTSIII track board to the construction of the Beijing New Airport Line subway, which solved the problem of the fastest construction speed of the subway track in China and greatly improved the environmental noise reduction level during the subway driving. .

       The design speed of Beijing New Airport Line train is 160 km/h. It is the fastest subway in China at present, and it is also the first automatic unmanned fast rail transit line in the city. The China Railway 14th Bureau undertook the task of laying tracks in the underground section of the new airport line. The length of the track was 36.24 kilometers and the technical requirements were very high.

In order to meet the needs of environmental protection and noise reduction, the subway line design adopts high-speed rail CRTSIII track plate integral track bed construction in 11 densely populated sections with a total length of 4.6 kilometers. There is no precedent in the construction of 160 km/h subway in China, and there is no construction experience. The CRTSIII type track plate integral track bed construction process is to cover the concrete base plate with a rubber damping pad, then lay the CRTSIII type track plate, and finally inject the self-compacting concrete to complete the integrated track bed construction, in which the track plate is laid and the self-compacting concrete is poured. The most critical, determines the overall track bed quality and vibration and noise reduction effects.

In response to these two links, the project department carried out scientific and technological research. After many investigations, the high-speed rail CPIII control network measurement technology was used to control the track accuracy. The model project was introduced strictly in accordance with the “high-speed rail standard”. They collected parameters and cracked the results in 4 uncovering experiments. The problem solved the intractable diseases such as floating, side shifting and excessive number of bubbles on the track board.

"The water reducing agents we use are all 'tailor-made'. All the raw materials such as sand, stone and fly ash are excellent. We have a special silo in the commercial mixing station to store separately. Thoroughly clean the batching warehouse to ensure that no impurities are mixed,” said project manager Guo Jian. Self-compacting infusion has extremely high requirements on concrete performance. They strictly control all aspects of material selection, storage, production and transportation to ensure that the fluidity, expansion and initial setting time of concrete are optimized.

In order to ensure the performance of concrete, they carried out a full-scale simulation of the transportation time, distance and mode of concrete, and optimized the vehicle pumping mode to three-stage serial conveying, which reduced the loss of concrete and performance.

The project department took the lead in introducing adaptive tire-type track-laying machine and adaptive tire-type concrete mixer into the subway construction of Beijing New Airport Line. Under the premise of ensuring the safety and quality of CRTSIII track plate construction, the work efficiency was improved by 69%, and the perfect The construction technology and technical achievements of CRTSIII type track plate integral track bed suitable for underground environment have accumulated valuable experience for the same type of construction.

After the completion of the Beijing New Airport Line, it takes only 19 minutes to take the new airport line from Caoqiao Station to the new airport at a distance of 41.38 kilometers.
