The first long tunnel of China's railway breaks the deepest record of domestic shafts

The first long tunnel of China's railway-Dalui Railway Gaoligongshan Tunnel No. 1 shaft has been drilled to a depth of 702.7 meters, breaking the deepest record of domestic railway shafts.

This is the news that the reporter learned from the China Railway Tunnel Bureau Group on the 29th. According to reports, Gaoligong Mountain is located in the deep valley of the deep fault, with high mountain height, steep slope and deep cutting, and the vertical height difference is more than 4,000 meters. The main shaft of No. 1 shaft of Gaoligongshan Tunnel is 762.59 meters deep, which is the deepest shaft of similar projects in China.

In order to speed up the construction schedule and shorten the construction period, the construction personnel introduced the mechanized rapid construction concept into the shaft construction, using the sinking method, equipped with a rig, a well, a well, a winch, an overall moving metal formwork, FJD-6A type. Large-scale specialized machinery such as umbrella drills and central rotary rock grabs have formed mechanized pipelines such as mechanized excavation systems, exit systems, suspension systems, and winch lifting systems, which have achieved eye-catching, blasting, and smashing. , whole process mechanization operations such as formwork installation and concrete pouring.

The project design unit China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd. introduced that the main shaft of No. 1 shaft was excavated by ordinary drilling method. In order to overcome the geological problems such as vertical joint development of the surrounding rock of the shaft, muddy water, and water-rich granite, the tunnel designers adopted the system of water control combined with “exploration, injection and excavation”, which greatly reduced the construction risk.

Dali Railway starts from Dali, Yunnan Province in the east, and Ruili City, the gateway to China-Myanmar border. It crosses the mountains of Cangshan and Gaoligong Mountain in the west of Yunnan Province. It spans the Nu River, the Lancang River and the Xiqiao River. It has a total length of about 331 kilometers and a design speed of 140 kilometers per hour. It is an important part of the China-Myanmar international railway corridor. The Gaoligongshan Tunnel has a total length of 34.538 kilometers and is the first long tunnel of China's railways. It is a control project for the Dali Railway. The tunnel has a special geographical location, complex geological conditions and extremely high construction difficulty.
