Easy to break down, mottled line marks on the surface of the product

1 die temperature is too high. The die temperature should be lowered.

2 Raw materials and dry mixes have poor thermal stability. The cause of poor thermal stability of the raw materials and the quality of the mixing should be checked.

3 The surface of the machine head has a depression or accumulation. The machine head should be inspected and cleaned.

The 4-die structure is unreasonable. The dead angle inside the machine head should be eliminated as much as possible to reduce the material retention time.

The surface of the wire trough is rough, and the knots and cloud-like ripples appear.

1 material mixing quality is poor, uneven. Should check the mixing process to improve quality

2 The head temperature is low. The head temperature should be increased appropriately.

3 excessive lubrication. The amount of external lubricant should be reduced.

Precipitates were adhered to the inner wall of the 4-die. The die should be cleaned.

5 die resistance is not enough. The filter screen and filter plate section should be reduced to increase the extrusion amount.

 

03 slot size error, deformation

1 The degree of vacuum is not enough, and the gap of the shaping die is blocked. The vacuum should be increased to clean the gap of the stencil.

2 The traction is too fast and the amount of extrusion is insufficient. The traction speed should be appropriately reduced to increase the speed.

3 cooling is not enough. Check the cooling water temperature.

04 product surface has precipitated

1 There is a certain amount of low molecular volatiles in the formulation components, which is not effective in the process of mixing and extrusion. Minimize or use low molecular substances and replace them with high molecular substances.

2 Low melting point lubricants are poorly compatible with the other components of the formulation. High melting point lubricants should be used or the amount of lubricant should be minimized.

3 The extrusion die temperature is low and it is too close to the shaping die. The extrusion die temperature should be appropriately increased.

4 The setting vacuum is too large to reduce the vacuum.

05 line groove inner wall rough

1 The screw speed is too fast. The screw speed should be reduced.

2 barrel temperature is low. The barrel temperature should be increased appropriately.

3 The material has high moisture and volatile content. Pipes should be cleaned to increase exhaust vacuum.

4 raw materials are not well plasticized.

06 white line groove discoloration

1 Titanium dioxide quality is unqualified. A qualified rutile titanium dioxide should be used.

2 group of greens caused discoloration. The imported acid-treated ultramarine is applied to prevent sulfur pollution.

3 The wire trough with lead and cadmium as stabilizers is in contact with sulfide to cause sulfur pollution. A metal ion coating agent such as lead or cadmium or a chelating agent is added to the formulation.

4 The quality of the stabilizer is poor, and the amount of the stabilizer is small. A good quality PVC resin and a stable combination should be used, and the amount of the stabilizer is higher than the lower limit.

5 Tougheners are recommended to use ACR, and the aging resistance is much better than CPE.

07 product is brittle

1 The raw material is not plasticized or plasticized excessively. The former can be added with additives to promote plasticization, which can lower the temperature or reduce the production temperature and extrusion speed.

2 The material mixing quality is poor and uneven. The mixing process should be checked to improve quality.

3 excessive lubrication, can reduce its amount.

4 too much calcium powder or calcium powder is too low, can reduce the amount of calcium powder or use high calcium or active calcium carbonate.

5 Toughener added too little or the quality is not good.
