2. What are the location factors?

Since the development of the hydrogen energy industry is so difficult, what are the elements needed to build a qualified hydrogen energy industry park? At present, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu and other places have issued relevant policies to support the development of hydrogen energy. Jiangsu, Shanghai, Wuhan, Shanxi and other places have established hydrogen energy industrial parks for development.

The hydrogen source of cheap economy is the only thing that can be met. Song Haiying believes that having an economic hydrogen source is a key factor in the sustainable development of the hydrogen energy industry. In addition to the price of the fuel cell vehicle itself, the price of hydrogen determines the user's acceptance of the fuel cell vehicle, so the economic hydrogen source is crucial for the city's ability to develop hydrogen. “Zhangjiakou is the only renewable energy demonstration zone in the country. It can use wind power and green clean energy to produce hydrogen. This is an advantage that other regions do not have.”

In addition, Ouyang Minggao believes that the development of fuel cell vehicles in the north is more suitable than in the south. 3. Development of hydrogen energy industry Zhangjiakou is very serious

In order to reduce the cost of hydrogen production, Zhangjiakou incorporates water electrolysis hydrogen into the “government + grid + power generation enterprise + user side” four-party cooperation mechanism, which can enjoy the electricity price of 0.36 yuan / kWh; second, the hydrogen production industry has begun to take shape. According to the "Building Plan", Zhangjiakou will be divided into three stages to promote the development of the hydrogen energy industry, and each stage has clear development goals. By 2025, the annual hydrogen production capacity will reach 21,000 tons, the output value of hydrogen energy and related industries will reach 26 billion yuan, and more than 20 enterprises will be introduced into the park. By 2030, the output value of hydrogen energy and related industries will reach 85 billion.
