Stainless steel cable joints cause noise during motor operation

There are several main reasons for the noise generated when the motor is running:
  1. The motor is out of phase. When the stainless steel cable joint motor is out of phase, it will produce a loud click and cannot be started. At this time, the power should be disconnected, check whether the total power supply line is out of phase, the fuse is blown, the gate or contact of the starting equipment is in good contact, and the connector inside the motor junction box is loose.
  2. When the stator and the rotor are rubbed together, a harsh "click" crash will occur. This is mostly caused by a faulty bearing. The bearing should be checked for looseness, damage or excessive wear. Damaged bearings should be replaced. If the bearing is not broken and the bearing is found to be not working properly, the sleeve and the end cap can be replaced or replaced.
3, there is a "beep" sound from the bearing chamber, which is the bearing lack of grease or iron filings and other impurities. The bearings should be cleaned and new grease added. The bearing grease capacity should not exceed 70% of its total capacity.
