The 9th China Nonferrous Metals Industrial Furnace Engineering Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Technology and Equipment Development Forum was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi recently. Shows a recovery trendZhao Jiasheng, vice president of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, said that in the first three quarters, my country's non-ferrous metal industry has recovered from the bottom line. First, the general non-ferrous metal smelting products maintained steady growth, and the mining and processing output resumed positive growth. Second, the decline in fixed asset investment was slightly larger than last month. Third, the import of copper and copper materials increased sharply, and the decline in the export of aluminum and aluminum materials narrowed. Fourth, the prices of copper, aluminum, lead, and zinc in the domestic spot market have recovered or exceeded their pre-epidemic levels. Fifth, the accumulated profits of the whole industry turned into positive growth. On the whole, positive factors in the industry have increased significantly, and market expectations have continued to improve.
Zhao Jiasheng pointed out that my country’s non-ferrous metal industry is currently in a critical period of transition from quantity and scale to quality and efficiency improvement. It is urgent to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing in the industry, accelerate the deep integration of cutting-edge technology and the non-ferrous metal industry, build an intelligent production system, and realize production, The digital convergence, network sharing, platform collaboration, and high-quality configuration of equipment, energy, logistics and other resource elements will promote the high-quality, intelligent and green development of the non-ferrous metal industry.
Industry development should focus on four aspects
Zhao Jiasheng believes that the next stage of the development of the non-ferrous metal industry should focus on the following four aspects:
One is to maintain bottom-line thinking. We must fully recognize the long-term and arduous nature of coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, establish a bottom-line thinking, and must not relax our vigilance, and make early response to the most difficult crisis.
The second is to persist in innovation and green development. The non-ferrous metal furnace industry is green development, energy conservation and emission reduction are the first pass. We must concentrate our efforts to tilt more resources such as funds, talents, and material resources into safe, environmentally friendly, and low energy consumption new technologies and new processes. At the same time, speed up technological innovation, product innovation, and management innovation to improve the clean and intelligent level of furnace equipment in the non-ferrous metal industry.
The third is to smooth the domestic circulation. "Accelerating the construction of a new development pattern with domestic and international cycles as the main body and mutual promotion of domestic and international cycles" is a major decision put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party. The non-ferrous metal industry must conscientiously implement the concept of "double cycle" and "new infrastructure", and play its role in the domestic and international cycle. Speed up the smooth flow of domestic circulation of furnace engineering technology and equipment industry in the non-ferrous industry, further improve the industrial supply chain, promote high-quality products to meet supply demand, and provide sustainable development momentum for domestic circulation.
The fourth is to focus on personnel training. The core of intelligent manufacturing is innovation-driven, and the key is talents. Intelligent manufacturing in the non-ferrous metal industry is inseparable from the cultivation of innovative talents and industry innovation practices.
