Why are wind power, photovoltaic and biomass power generation unbalanced in my country?

Wind power, photovoltaics and biomass power generation are known as the troika of non-aqueous renewable energy in my country. With the strong support of national policies, the three have achieved considerable development.
As of the end of 2020, the total installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power are both around 300 million kilowatts, while the installed capacity of biomass power generation is close to 12 million kilowatts (excluding waste and biogas power generation).
The installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaics far exceeds that of biomass power generation. When my country first formulated the renewable energy plan, wind power, photovoltaic and biomass power generation will all have an installed capacity of 30 million kilowatts by 2020.
It can be seen that the installation scale of wind power and photovoltaic power in ten years has exceeded ten times the original plan, while biomass power generation is less than half of the previous plan.
What are the factors that have caused the troika of non-aqueous renewable energy power generation to fail to achieve a balanced development? The author believes that it may be due to the following reasons.
1. Policy discrimination leads to unbalanced development
Although biomass power generation far surpasses wind power and photovoltaic power in terms of environmental protection, development of people's livelihood, power generation efficiency and energy supply safety, it is not taken seriously by decision-making bodies.
The main reason is that the decision-making body has serious thinking about light agriculture. Wind power and photovoltaic power are the green energy sources. Biomass power generation is nothing but a bunch of garbage collectors.
Wind power and photovoltaics are like wearing a suit and tie. Biomass power generation is something you can do. Decision makers sitting in the office drinking coffee will naturally favor the former more.
2. Strong wind power and photovoltaic interest groups
For any policy promotion, there will be powerful lobby groups outside the hospital. Wind power and photovoltaic investors, equipment vendors, etc. have formed powerful interest groups that control the balance of policies and promote the introduction of policies that are beneficial to the industry.
Before parity, the on-grid price of wind power was above 0.85, while photovoltaics remained above 1 yuan for a long time. At the highest price, there was a sky-high price of 2.5, while biomass power generation remained at around 0.75.
Wind power and photovoltaics not only have no fuel costs, and subsidies are built first and then built for a period of time. As long as there are roads, the state will provide subsidies, which is why the richest man in China has appeared in photovoltaic companies.
3. The biomass power generation industry is full of loose sand
According to national policies, only one biomass power plant can be built within a radius of 60 kilometers. Basically, a county or even a city can only approve one biomass power generation project.
Therefore, in order to occupy the project and grab straw resources, biomass power generation companies have begun to fight. The industry is not united, not cooperative, not striving for policies, and always wants to let others get beaten up and enjoy themselves.
In addition, biomass power generation is also criticized by the biomass energy non-electric industry. The dispute between power generation and non-power generation has also caused confusion among policy-making agencies.
Conclusion:
Although wind power and photovoltaics have been fully priced, under the support of high subsidy policies, they have completed equipment and technology upgrades, and industrial investment and construction costs have been greatly reduced, and electricity prices can compete with coal power.
In contrast, biomass power generation is still in a state of scattered sand. Up to now, industrial upgrading has not been achieved, and the hope of survival is still pinned on the leftovers of policy subsidies.
Why are wind power, photovoltaic and biomass power generation unbalanced in my country? There are both policy reasons and different choices of industry awareness and maintenance within the industry.
