        On August 4, Schaeffler Group announced financial data for the first half of 2021. The group achieved sales of 7.014 billion euros, an increase of 27.4% at a constant exchange rate; achieved free cash flow of 243 million euros, far exceeding the level of the same period last year.
        "In the first half of 2021, the business has achieved more than expected growth. In view of this, we have raised our full-year business expectations. We are confident in achieving this goal, but remain cautious. The Schaeffler Group raised its business forecast for 2021, and the annual business growth is expected to exceed 11% (previously expected to exceed 10%), of which the growth of the automotive technology division is expected to be 2-5 higher than the growth of global passenger car and light commercial vehicle production Percentage points; the automotive after-sales business unit is expected to grow by more than 10%; the industrial business unit is expected to grow by 9%-11%.
   In the first half of the year, the sales of the three business divisions of the Schaeffler Group achieved varying degrees of growth.
   Schaeffler Group Automotive Technology Division achieved sales of 4.365 billion euros, an increase of 34.9% at a constant exchange rate. The global chip shortage and the new round of epidemic have negatively affected the recovery of the auto industry. Under this circumstance, the performance of the Automotive Technology Division still outperformed the market by 5.7 percentage points. Among all regions, Greater China grew by 30.6%.
   Among all business lines, the electric drive business has the highest growth rate, with an increase of 41.2%. In the first half of the year, the Automotive Technology Division added 5.4 billion euros in orders, of which 2.1 billion euros came from the electric drive business, and has completed the 2021 full-year target ahead of schedule. It is estimated that starting from 2022, new orders for the electric drive business will be maintained at 2 to 3 billion euros per year.
   The Schaeffler Group Automotive Aftermarket Division achieved sales of 911 million Euros, an increase of 24.2% at a constant exchange rate. All regions achieved substantial growth, of which Greater China grew by 44.6%. The independent after-sales business in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, South America, the United States, Canada and other markets as well as the Greater China region has grown significantly. In addition, e-commerce business in Greater China is also expanding.
   Schaeffler Group Industrial Division had sales of 1.738 billion euros, an increase of 13.3% at a constant exchange rate. Among the four major regions, the Greater China region grew by 26.8%, while other regions had different degrees of growth. In Greater China, the power transmission business has maintained a strong growth momentum in recent quarters, and both wind power and industrial automation businesses have shown substantial growth.
