Zhejiang "first set of" high-voltage energy router device technology project started

The high-voltage energy router device technology project was officially launched. 

It is reported that the project uses the independent controllable chip of Zhixin Company to study DC 1500V high-voltage energy routers. It is a useful exploration at the level of power distribution and utilization in a new power system with new energy as the main body. Its results will be "carbon neutral." Realize to provide effective technical support.

At present, most of the research and development and application of energy routers at home and abroad are concentrated in low voltage levels (below DC 750V), and the energy transmission distance is limited, which limits the radiation range of the energy Internet; there are very few high-voltage energy routers that have been launched abroad or are under development in China, most of them Adopting the modular multi-level technical route has problems such as high cost, large volume and weight, and complicated control.

The project will be based on the direct series technology of power device IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor), based on the core chip of main control, security, communication, power supply, sampling, isolation and other series of independent research and development by Zhixin Company, and develop a high voltage DC bus of 1500 volts. Energy router. The direct series connection of power devices is adopted to achieve two-level output control, which is flexible and efficient. In this device, a variety of new control strategies can be flexibly configured. After increasing the voltage level, it is expected that the transmission distance will be doubled and the system efficiency will be increased by more than 10%, which will facilitate the formation of energy interconnection and energy sharing in a larger area. Compared with the equipment of the same voltage level and the same capacity, the IGBT direct series high-voltage energy router reduces the number of power devices by 50%, saves the batch cost by nearly 40%, and reduces the volume, weight and floor space by up to 20%.

It is worth noting that after the promotion of this research result, it will effectively support the "energy interconnection, information sharing, and business interaction" of the future energy Internet. Through the highly integrated control of energy flow, business flow and information flow, large-scale distributed energy can be realized. With the adaptive access of electric vehicles, the demand-side management and efficient utilization of flexible loads, it will improve the resource allocation capability and safe and reliable operation capability of the future energy Internet.
