　　 Prior to this, the Ninggang Central Warehouse, as the core of the storage management of spare parts and material spare parts, was the "main artery" of the enterprise's business flow of receiving, dispatching and storing. Among them, the storage area 05 on the 3rd floor is mostly small materials such as labor insurance and sundries. The working environment is poor, especially in the summer high temperature season, the temperature is as high as 40 ℃ or more. Walking more than 15,000 steps requires a lot of physical exertion. How to break the traditional manual management mode of the warehousing industry and quickly improve the efficiency of operation and management has become a breakthrough for Ninggang's warehouse management to adapt to the era of intelligence. Since the beginning of this year, the Logistics Department has been adhering to the high-quality development concept of Ninggang Steel, focusing on the key tasks of "six major challenges and twelve major projects", and through technology empowerment, to promote the accelerated implementation of smart warehousing in Ninggang.

　　 The AGV smart warehouse was put into use as a result of the cooperation between the logistics department of Ningbo Steel and Ningbo Ziteng Information Technology Co., Ltd. This time, the AGV intelligent robot application system tailored by Ziteng Company for the central warehouse covers the three core modules of warehousing AGV robots, dispatching systems, and intelligent warehouse management systems. It is equipped with 7 AGV trolleys, 370 sets of shelves, 2 workstations, etc. Corresponding supporting facilities. At the same time, relying on the dynamic heat algorithm system, automatically calculate the cold and heat of the warehouse storage, adjust the shelf placement in real time, and realize the dynamic optimization of the inventory layout. By adopting the robot picking system, the past "people looking for goods" mode of checking the order to find the goods is changed. The pickers only need to pick the corresponding quantity of goods from the designated goods position according to the prompts of the display screen and the electronic label of the seeding wall. Put it into the order box, you can realize "goods find people", effectively improve the working environment and increase the working efficiency.
