Four years: the gel coat falls to the limit, the leaf ridge may have a through-hole blister, lateral fine lines and cracks appear, the running resistance increases, and the blade lightning protection index decreases.

Five years: It is the high incidence of blade damage accidents. The external fixing material of the blade has been worn to the limit by the wind sand, and the blade bonding joint has been exposed. The blade runs as if it is in the absence of a garment, and the transverse cracks are deepened and extended. In this state, the bending torque generated by the self-vibration of each stop of the fan may cause the bond in the blade to crack and break at the transverse crack. In the rainy season, the sand in the cavity causes water in the blade, the humidity increases, the lightning protection index decreases, and the lightning blade accident occurs.

Six years: Some coastal wind turbine blades have worn to the limit, and the windward surface of the blade is completely uneven in the sand, the resistance increases, and the power generation decreases. At this time, the outer sealing material of the blade has been completely worn out, but it is only operated by the inner solidification in the dangerous image, and an accident may occur at any time.
