The distance between the harness and the high temperature zone of the exhaust muffler should exceed 200 mm. Try not to choose the same fixed point as the fuel line and brake line, avoid contact with the oil line, and take into account other lines, including water pipes and vacuum tubes, to prevent mutual interference.
Prevention of electromagnetic interference In the wiring layout design of the whole vehicle, it is necessary to avoid electromagnetic interference of components, the signal line should be away from the interference source, and the signal source of the sensor avoids the power line of the large current component, and the distance exceeds 300 mm. Scientifically plan electrical appliances, shorten the length of signal lines, and separate the grounding lines for key systems to prevent interference.
