Problems in the design of vehicle wiring harness layout

Prevent components from interfering with each other. In the whole vehicle wiring harness arrangement, design along the edge or along the slot to prevent the harness from being directly stressed, and the gap between the pipelines should be uniform, coordinate the distance between the harness and the components, and set the wiring harness reasonably. The gap prevents friction between the parts and the parts and damages the wire harness. At the same time, for the wire harness on the moving parts, the length of the associated wire harness should be ensured in combination with the actual situation, and the reserved length of the wire harness can be calculated in combination with the vibration amplitude of the component and the maximum motion formation, so that the reserved length of the wire harness can be unaffected by the tensile force.

Avoid high temperature zone In the wiring layout design of the whole vehicle, the wire harness should be away from the high temperature zone. If it is unavoidable, set a heat shield of more than 80 mm for harness protection; if there is no heat shield, the harness is at least 160 mm from the high temperature zone, including high temperature components such as exhaust system, booster system and ECR. The distance between the harness and the high temperature zone of the exhaust muffler should exceed 200 mm. Try not to choose the same fixed point as the fuel line and brake line, avoid contact with the oil line, and take into account other lines, including water pipes and vacuum tubes, to prevent mutual interference.

Prevention of electromagnetic interference In the wiring layout design of the whole vehicle, it is necessary to avoid electromagnetic interference of components, the signal line should be away from the interference source, and the signal source of the sensor avoids the power line of the large current component, and the distance exceeds 300 mm. Scientifically plan electrical appliances, shorten the length of signal lines, and separate the grounding lines for key systems to prevent interference.
